What forms of payments do you accept?
MunchkinGear.com accepts payments from all the main credit cards companies using our SSL secured Payment Processor. All transactions are secured and encrypted as such, credit card information is never stored.
We also accept payments through PayPal.
What are the Shipping fees?
We offer swift free shipping via USPS First Class Mail (with tracking) for the items in the Clearance category.
We also offer free intl' shipping (with tracking) on all orders above $50 for items in all the other categories.

We work hard to price our items at the lowest possible levels so shipping fees do apply to our products.
Shipping fees will depend on the number of items you order. There is a flat rate fee of $3.99 USD per order. There are no shipping fees for additional items in the same order but there is a minimal $1.99 USD per additional item to cover processing, packaging and handling of each additional item.
If you are buying larger quantities (20+) for your own retail store for resale purposes, please contact us and we will find a way to accommodate you.
When will I receive my order?
The shipping time varies from one location to the other and depends on the item. You may receive several packages for an order containing several items.
We keep you informed via email of processing and shipping progress, including tracking numbers in most cases. It is important to enter a valid email address at checkout as this is our only method of communication with our customers.
Average shipping time per countries:
Items in the Clearance section ship out quickly from our USA warehouse via USPS First Class Mail (including tracking number). Delays range from 3 to 10 business days.
For items in all the other sections the below delays apply:

Do you offer express shipping?
It is possible to purchase express shipping on many items but the price varies so it is best to contact our customer service team to inquire about the specific product you are looking to get express shipped. We promise to answer swiftly.
How can I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number for each of the items you ordered. You may receive multiple emails if you ordered more than one product.

What if I did not receive my item?
As a general rule, if you provided the correct shipping address at checkout and the item is not received within 60 calendar days (and can be confirmed via tracking number as “undelivered”) then a refund is issued, hassle free.
I entered a wrong shipping address, what now?
A few minutes after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the details of your order. Please look through it thoroughly and advise us immediately if you notice an error on product, quantity or shipping address. If we do not hear from you within 3 hours after having placed your order then all it's details will be deemed 100% accurate.
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to a wrong shipping address we will be able to send it back to you once it is returned to sender. However, shipping fees will apply for this second shipment.
What is your refund policy?
Try it… Love it… Or Return it. It’s really that simple.
We care a lot about repeat business, we will happily assist you in every step of the return process should the need occur to keep you entirely satisfied.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you receive we will offer you a zero hassle store credit for the full amount minus a 3$ restocking fee once you return the item.
Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.
Here is how it works:

- Try it (without removing any tags)
- If you love it then great! Otherwise go to step 4
- Send us an email within 7 days of receipt telling us you would like to return the item
- We will email you an authorization number and a return address
- Once we receive the item we will email you a discount code equivalent to the price paid minus a 3$ restocking fee.
- Use your discount code when checking out with your new item.
- Repeat as needed until you find exactly what you love!
Refund requests received within 1 to 12 hours of placing the order for items that have not yet been shipped will be subject to a $5 processing, handling and restocking fee. Alternatively, the buyer may, at their discretion, opt to receive a store credit for the full amount.
